Please follow the instructions below carefully, ensuring that all required information is met and sent to the correct addresses, failure to follow the correct procedures will delay the process of credit applications.

The Mythical Cars Rally considers the "Media Pass" a business tool to be used by members of the press only. Under no circumstances will advertising agencies, public relations agencies or similar companies and organizations be accredited as media. Mythical Cars Rally will not issue any accreditation to representatives (press or otherwise) of sponsors, suppliers, teams, drivers, etc.

Criteria for the grant of accreditations

All accreditation requests are evaluated and approved by the Mythical Cars Rally Press Officers if the request satisfies the principles and procedures listed below. Substantial factors of the decision are:

  • Compliance with the deadlines for the accreditation request;
  • Indication of all the requested information;
  • The commitment to publish articles on the Mythical Cars Rally;
  • Adequate dissemination and quality of the publication;
  • Distribution and quality.
  • The decision-making criteria in this area are commensurate with the size of the Italian and international publishing market.
  • The highest standards of correctness and accuracy are required as minimum requirements.
  • Publications must be on sale to the public through retail outlets (trade magazines, club publications, or business magazines will not be accredited).
  • Media Passes can also be granted to general media outlets that do not routinely publish articles on rallies (fashion, business, etc.) whose coverage is considered a promotional benefit for the sport.
Media passes are intended for reporters from news outlets, news agencies, photographers accredited by news outlets, bureau managers and press team members.
Possession of the pass and bibs does not remove the obligation to respect the signs prohibiting the public and the directions of the Race Officials present and the Police on the route.
Those who fail to comply with these safety constraints will have their passes withdrawn for the entire season.
No photographer passes will be issued to commercial photo agencies.

NOTE: In order to be accredited, both photographers and operators will need to show proof of professional insurance policy (to be attached in pdf format) for risk of injury, death and third party liability.

ATTENTION: COPY OF THE POLICY MUST BE SENT WITH THE ACCREDITATION REQUEST. IN ITS ABSENCE, NO ACCREDITATION WILL BE ISSUED
